Six barrier rooms

Complete Forest, Fire, Water, Shadow, Spirit and Light barrier trials around the castle hub. Shoot each energy core with Light Arrows.

Optional Golden Gauntlets

The Shadow/Spirit routes can lead to Golden Gauntlets, allowing the giant pillars outside/inside to be moved for optional defense upgrades.

Ganondorf

Volley the energy ball back with the sword, then shoot Ganondorf with a Light Arrow while stunned and attack with the Master Sword.

Escape

Follow Zelda down the collapsing tower, killing enemies that block her path. After the collapse, approach the rubble for the final phase.

Ganon

When the Master Sword is knocked away, use Light Arrows or other stun tools and strike Ganon’s tail. Recover the Master Sword when the barrier drops and finish the fight.
