Open the temple

After the Kakariko fire scene, Sheik teaches Nocturne of Shadow. Warp to the graveyard ledge and use Din’s Fire to light the entrance torches.

Truth puzzles

Keep Lens of Truth available for hidden walls, platforms and the correct skull direction. Defeat Dead Hand for Hover Boots.

Ship and lower halls

Use Hover Boots for gaps, collect keys, then play Zelda’s Lullaby on the ghost ship. Shoot the bomb flowers/statues to create the bridge after the ship sinks.

Bongo Bongo

Use Lens of Truth to see the eye/body. Stun both hands with arrows, then shoot the exposed eye and slash while it is down.
