1

Meet Ruto and learn water-level control

Sink with Iron Boots, follow Ruto upward and play Zelda’s Lullaby at Triforce symbols to change the water level. Remember there are three heights.

2

Central tower key

After raising water inside the central tower, sink back down: a hidden opening beneath the floating block leads to an easy-to-miss small key.

3

Dark Link and Longshot

Work through the river/current route to the illusion room, defeat Dark Link, then obtain the Longshot.

4

Finish the key circuit

Use the Longshot to reach distant targets and the dragon-statue room. Raise/lower water as needed to revisit doors at different elevations.

5

Morpha

Longshot the water nucleus out of a tentacle and slash it on land. Stay near a corner/platform edge to avoid being grabbed.

Stuck here?
  • The most commonly missed key is beneath the central tower platform after you raise the water inside the tower. Sink to the newly opened basement passage.
  • If a door seems unreachable, check whether you need the water at low, middle or high level rather than searching for another key.
