Get the Hookshot and return to the Sacred Forest Meadow.

Dampé’s grave
As adult Link, pull the grave in the left side of Kakariko Graveyard that now leads to Dampé’s race.

Follow Dampé
Keep close through the corridors and avoid flames. Reach the end to receive the Hookshot.

Windmill connection
Exit through the windmill route. You can learn Song of Storms from the musician, which will later let child Link drain the well.
4
Return to the forest
Use the Hookshot to pass obstacles and reach Sacred Forest Meadow, where Sheik teaches Minuet of Forest.
