Use this as a location index for important gear, permanent upgrades, collectibles and other things players commonly miss.
Wolf Statues / Fen’Harel altars
Location: Exploration puzzles and Solas-related locations.
Solve nearby environmental routes/puzzles and interact with the altar/statue; rewards can include skill-point or related progression bonuses.
Evanuris Altars
Location: Hidden exploration points.
Activate the altar and destroy the spawned targets to claim the permanent health upgrade.
Treasure chests
Location: Marked/hidden chests throughout exploration areas.
Open chests to acquire or upgrade equipment; duplicate item drops can increase the item’s rarity rather than creating a second inventory copy.
Mementos
Location: Exploration, shops and quests.
Collect to increase Caretaker Workshop rank/progression and unlock stronger upgrade capacity.
