Fade Attribute Fonts
Location: Scattered across the Fade islands during Lost in Dreams.
Use the four transformation forms to revisit blocked rooms and activate every essence/font before fighting the Sloth Demon.
Each font permanently increases a character attribute; leaving the Fade makes missed fonts unavailable.
Litany of Adralla
Location: Given/found before the final Uldred confrontation.
Keep it on the quickbar and use it when Uldred begins transforming a mage.
Juggernaut Armor Set
Location: Obtained through the ancient tomb/ritual encounters associated with the Brecilian ruins.
Explore the forest tombstones and lower ruins thoroughly; the set is split across several revenant/treasure encounters.
Starfang
Location: A meteorite random encounter can occur after completing Warden’s Keep.
Take the meteor metal to the Soldier’s Peak smith and choose the one-handed or two-handed Starfang version.
Key to the City
Location: Assembly cache after completing the Key to the City codex hunt.
Find the required Orzammar codex entries, then open the cache in the Assembly area.
Cailan’s Armor / Arms
Location: Recovered from the Ostagar battlefield during the DLC quest.
Search the battlefield objectives and key bodies/chests while clearing Return to Ostagar.
Helm of Honnleath
Location: The Stone Prisoner DLC village.
Search Honnleath’s accessible buildings/containers while completing the Shale recruitment quest.
Blood Dragon Armor
Location: Promotional/DLC entitlement item; availability depends on the edition/account content.
Install/enable the corresponding content and obtain the pieces through the game’s DLC item delivery/merchant flow.
Aodh
Location: Dropped by Cristof after the Pearls Before Swine quest.
Complete the related Denerim mercenary quest and loot Cristof.

Location: Obtained from Cyrion on the City Elf return route under the required origin choice.

Location: Reward from An Admirable Topsider at the Warrior’s Grave.
Collect all three blade pieces and finish the grave interaction.

Location: Reward from the hidden throne/pressure-plate dragon encounter.
Position companions on the three pressure plates and interact with the throne to trigger the encounter, then loot the dragon.
